I LOVE this story! The element that most has my interest is the bit about the 'conservative documents' and the Tories legal argument that release could cause irreparable damage to the Conservative Party of Canada.

(We WANT to see those, DON'T WE?!!)

Well I sure do.

So now we sit until November 10th - Court of Appeal.
